Today Eirik had his first check-up with his pediatrician, Dr. Tutihasi over at St. Joe's. Eirik is still a little jaundiced, but not too bad. He's also putting on weight like he should - he's up to 5 pounds and is eating well.
Our first day as parents was interesting - from severely underestimating the amount of time that it takes to get a little one ready to freaking out about how cold it is out here and trying to keep little man warm - it's been interesting.
We also managed to score a *ton* of clothes off of Craigslist... $30 for 3 full garbage bags full of mostly new stuff for wee man from someone wanting to reclaim garage space. Recycling rocks! Once Eirik grows a little, he'll be a stylin' guy!
Uncle Logan came over from Sandpoint and is visiting and on Saturday, Gramma Lamb is coming to help out for a bit, and we're looking forward to that!
No picture fix today - we're a little tired after that first night!
